Discussion Topic: What are the factors lenders consider when analyzing a bank loan package? Learn how to prepare a loan application, including required financial statements and business and operational plans. This workshop is for small business owners who are planning to approach a bank for a loan either to start a new business or to expand an existing one. Other topics will include credit scores and various types of collateral. The session will be held on Thursday, April 15 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the DC Chamber of Commerce, 1213 K Street, N.W. The speakers will be Jon Favio and Mark Edwards, business bankers at Wachovia/Wells Fargo. This program is free of charge but space is limited, so please register as soon as possible.
